Hi Everyone,
Could I ask you patient people a few stupid questions?....
I'm petitioning for BR and have my date for court - 8th Feb
(seeing CAB on 7th to check over my forms and last minute advice)
Cashminder account is open - just waiting for my pin number now, card arrived last week, number seems to be taking ages!
Will pass the keys back to Mortgage Provider in about a month (Vol Repo)....v.sad but have a kind person to put a roof over my head so have a lot to be grateful for.
I woke up this morning with a few worries so my questions are:

I woke up this morning with a few worries so my questions are:
- I owe my energy prov. about £400 which will be included in the BR. I've spoken to them and they have put my a/c on hold until I sort out my finances (didn't mention BR, just CAB) - are they likely to cut me off at BR date? I could do with some heat and power whilst I pack up the house?...
- Same with my LL phone/Internet access - it's up to date but I'm still in contract and badly need both until I leave the house..?
- I also have a very cheap sim only ancient mobile - just out of contract now but would very much like to keep it as it's cheaper than payg....are they likely to throw the off switch as soon as they find out I'm BR?

Frosty1970 - many thanks for your response

The internet is for jobhunting now, everything is online these days and I'm sending off many applications daily/weekly. The thought of missing the chance of a job is worrying.
I have all my budgets, useful site links etc on my desktop for my move, BR, everything - I'll be all at sea without it...sad I know.
The sim is with Orange.
All my job applications have that number - I know I can contact them to change it but the state my head is in I'll probably forget!
(Even forgetting where I've put my lists at the mo..:o)
Thank you again0
