I often wonder if someone gets a final written warning or sack if things like this happen, which isn't a nice thought. No human is infallible.

Generally online contracts have only started once the item has been despatched.

My order is still awaiting dispatch at 45 roll order. They can't do that to you, they sent an email saying they will 'honour' the first order and they are bound by that. Phone them and shout loudly about this, they have to send you the 45 roll order. I wouldn't put up with them welshing on the deal, no way. I'd just threaten to stop spending with them and I spend many thousands a year, pretty sure they won't try that trick with me. Phone them.

I haven't got a dispatched email, but got an "will deliver earlier than expected" email:-

So looks like mine is still due to be the full order - what exactly (cut and paste) does your email say? Amazon tend to be pretty good about these things.....mostly
