I think you'd need to allow 28 days at least.I've had wins delivered a few monthsa after a comps closed :-)0

I think the general rule is wait 28 days and then contact them if nothing has arrived.
I won something from cokezone in October and its still not arrived! (i have contacted them too):starmod:Everyone's a star and deserves the right to twinkle:starmod:0 -
I tend to leave it at least 28 days before worrying. I'm still waiting for a prize from 11th November - despite 3 follow up emails and promises of 'I'll look into it today'..........:mad:0

19th January isnt that long ago so I wouldn't worry yet. Most conpanies will always ask to allow 28 days for delivery. But don't forget this could be 28 working days so might not always include weekends£2 Savers Club for 2022 #120

Also the majority of companies pass your details on to their Media Consultants, they don't send the prizes out themselves.Luck is believing you’re lucky – Tennessee Williams

Sometimes...unfortunately...you have to pester the companies to get your prize.:( Thankfully this doesn't happen very often. At the moment I am chasing up a win, that I won beginning of December, which I was promised by Christmas!...I've e-mailed three times so far....the last time I did not get a reply. I'm gonna leave it another week then.......we'll see!
Good Luck!0 -
