I think the general rule is wait 28 days and then contact them if nothing has arrived.

I won something from cokezone in October and its still not arrived! (i have contacted them too)

I tend to leave it at least 28 days before worrying. I'm still waiting for a prize from 11th November - despite 3 follow up emails and promises of 'I'll look into it today'..........

19th January isnt that long ago so I wouldn't worry yet. Most conpanies will always ask to allow 28 days for delivery. But don't forget this could be 28 working days so might not always include weekends

Also the majority of companies pass your details on to their Media Consultants, they don't send the prizes out themselves.

Sometimes...unfortunately...you have to pester the companies to get your prize.:( Thankfully this doesn't happen very often. At the moment I am chasing up a win, that I won beginning of December, which I was promised by Christmas!...I've e-mailed three times so far....the last time I did not get a reply. I'm gonna leave it another week then.......we'll see!

    Good Luck!
