Quickquid payday loan- haven't taken payment
Options
I borrowed £600 from quickquid earlier this month was due to pay it off on payday which was Friday just gone. I originally deferred my loan so I'd be paying the interest this pay day of £140 and the loan amount plus interest next month so £740 next month. Then because I got the money together, I decided I wanted to pay off the whole amount the day before payday which worked out at £731 ish. Rang them and arranged the payment and they confirmed it had gone through fine etc. it is now Monday and it still hasn't come out of my bank, yet online it says paid and have had emails thanking me for payment etc. Rang my bank and they say they have approved the money so quickquid can take it, but quickquid haven't claimed it.
Has this happened to anyone before? What's the likelihood of them taking the payment etc? Any advice?
Thanks!

If it is by debit card then the payment will come out tomorrow or Weds. It normally takes 2-3 days just like any debit card transaction.0

I thought the funds had to be cleared funds by the due date (i.e payment made in time for it clear before the due date).
For the OP's sake I hope not but this could get tricky...0 -
Have you tried phoning them?0

Debit card payments don't usually show up immediately on your bank statement/online banking but are taken off your available balance as the money is transferred to the company you are paying.Mama read so much about the dangers of drinking alcohol and eating chocolate that she immediately gave up reading.0
