Facebook winning entry has disapeered!

Hi,
I entered a competition before christmas and I believe I was the only entrant so won by default, but have heard nothing from the company and when I questioned the who the winner was on their facebook page my entry has now magically disapeered, and I have had no answer from them.
I've asked again now and have lucky got the comment stored in cache and the company liked it too! So I have print screened it for proof of entry, They also had another competition running that I entered and know winners have been drawn for that either.
What should I do?
The prize I definatly won was only a DVD bundle but its the principle of it!

You could try emailing them if you have a contact or if all else fails the IPM could look into it for you if you have the screen shots. Did it advertise a closing date?0
