HELP PLEASE !Recipe using a Blender and Microwave

Please OS ladies and gentlemen, we need your help:eek:
Ds3 (17) is doing Home Economics A level and as such has to cook weekly. This week a recipe is needed that uses a microwave and blender as part of the preparation and cooking process.
We are very stuck - and he has only a day in which to prepare and get ingredients. Any ideas?? Thankyou x

I suggested that but he did a soup last week as part of another project. He also needs to incorporate skills as well? I wondered about some puddings. Thankyou for your suggestion and he may well make soup in the end xI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.

Thanks for the suggestions - we are going to do a cake in a cup and use the blender to mix ingredients together. We have just practiced and the end result was yummy xxI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
