Help panicking - re NI payment due 31st

hello, please please can anyone tell me ....I am self employed and struggling!!! NI payments missed and I got a threatening dealing of the 31st this month - Jan BUT I can't get through on the phone. I know they have extended self assessment till thurs due to the strike but have they extended ni payments too?

    They have if it's Class 4 (included in SA) .... not if it's Class 2, which it sounds to be?
    If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !
