I spent ages designing a card with a pic of my wife attached last week , Got an email today saying there is a problem and they cant print it, so I am disappointed that I may not get a valentines card in time from them now.

To their credit they have added another £5 to my account so I now have £10 to spend
  • I think their websites a bit dodgy - keep getting this error "An exception occured while bootstrapping the application."

I can't get it to work at all. I chose a card, personalised it and everything then when it comes to putting in your address it won't do it and wipes it all so you have to start again. It has been doing this all day - perhaps the offer has generated to high a volume of traffic? Will keep trying and if it works I will post when it does for anyone that is waiting x

They say on their fb page that high amounts of traffic are occuring between 8am-10pm.

I did manage to order a non-photo card but it took lots of refreshes!

Thank you for this one, ordered my valentines card for DH which came on Wednesday, then for some reason the same card arrived again yesterday.

Lovely card though, for the price (if I'd have paid it) I would have been very happy as I thought the size was decent compared to the ones I've previously ordered through Hallmark as their standard cards were smaller than this one.

Much better service than Funky Pigeon too, who took nearly a week to deliver my son's birthday card

My card was supposed to be dispatched yesterday, still pending. I ordered well before the 2pm cut-off time for same day dispatch and asked for it to be sent yesterday.

Need to get it signed and sent on before Feb 18th too.

Please can anyone tell me- if you wanted to order say a Mothers Day card in advance, do they send the card in the main envelope for the recipient, or is there a separate, blank envelope included inside it so that you can write the recipient's name on yourself? Just need to know if it's safe to order Mothers day card or if should wait till a few days before so that Mum doesn't receive it a month in advance!
Yesterday is today's memories, tomorrow is today's dreams :)
