Self Assessment Question and bankruptcy PLEASE

Hi All,
I filled out my self assessment form last night all went smoothingly well BUT......... I'm not sure what else I am supposed to be putting. I went bankrupt in April 2010 and from July 2010 to Apr 2011 (10 months) I had an NT tax code, so I didn't pay any tax, I got my gross wage and then paid the tax to my Official Receiver £314 each month.
At the end of the tax form it says that I owe £1340 which is exactly what I paid the official receiver but the form thinks that I didn't pay any tax. I've tried ringing HMRC but as everyone said they were next to useless.
If anyone has any ideas that would be great :-)
Please please please please.
Also as I don't think I should be doing SA for this year how do I stop that as it is estimating what I owe for this past financial year when I have paid normal PAYE?
