Paying Moonbeaver my NT

Hi guys
Today I have been paid and it's the first payslip with a "NT" on it. Apart from some correspondance from Moonbeavers asking for my last 3 payslips (which I have duly provided) and asking me to send January's - I have heard nothing about how to pay them the monies.
I don't want it sitting in my bank account any longer than it has to - it's not my money and I'd rather it be gone before it gets "swallowed" up.
Do I just need to call up and pay by debit card? Or what?

what they do is work out an average and will then send you bank details of how to pay it,set it to one side untill the payment details turn up,or give them a ring as they have a good phone service.0
