Green Liver.

I was looking in the freezer tonight and moved stuff about to find what I wanted. I then found a pack - sealed - Lambs Liver - all green over the surface! It was definitely okay when it went into the freezer and nothing else is affected. I have had freezers since 1975 and never had this happen. :(

    Maybe it's an alien's liver!

  • Wow. That is unpleasant. I assume that it was still frozen not that it appeared while defrosting?

Still frozen - just can't understand it. The only thought I had - lid wasn't shut properly one time - so it happened - chest freezer - Mr F usually goes there - blame him! :rotfl:

I did put it in a bag outside to be disposed of. Mr F looked in there just now - no trace of any green now!
