Welldone everyone, some great totals going on there!

Popped into work yesterday to show off the baby, and ended up chatting to a friend about the Bingo, and they signed up yesterday evening on Sun, and I decided that with my free tenner I would play rather than withdraw. Yes, I know I shouldn't have but I decided I was happy (well, not happy as such but I wouldn't mind as it was free money) to risk losing it.
The £69.52 that will be landing in my bank account in the next couple of days tells me it was a good call!! :j

Decided I am going to do that balance transfer I was waffling on about the other day to get rid of a chunk of my loan. Means I'm putting us under more pressure financially for the next 6 months, but will save us hundreds in the longer run.
So we've an extra £2k to find in the next 6 months before the 0% will end  Think this might need to go in my sig once it's set up to help motivate me.

  • Hugs for those that need them :)

I haven't been on much as I am back to work after maternity leave (:(), im only part time but they gave me full time hours to go back on (3 shifts end of week and 2 start of the next week!) but now got 4 days off, eBay did well at the weekend and am packaging those up today. I have hit target thanks to the bingo winnings and still need to add ebay numbers for the month :).

Just had one grrrrr buyer on eBay though! Bought a bin from me on 16th and just got a message saying: Hi,i need to cancel this as my daughter bought a different bag without telling me,thanks

What about an apology etc? Tempted to give him a nice non paying buyer mark on his account! But then if he pays he could cause lots of problems!

That's fab news Catherine, so pleased all was not lost. Sounds like a great challenge.
I did a much more scaled down version last year when we went to Longleat for a couple of days. Tickets were from Clubcard rewards, managed to book a couple of petrol mystery shops so that was reimbursed after so free, meals were either Clubcard rewards as well or luncheon vouchers from Pinecone, or mystery shop visits. Did have to pay for the hotel room, but got £19 Travelodge, and the fees from the jobs I did on the way were enough to cover this anyway.
It's a lovely feeling, you'll be very proud of yourself.

Hope the doc is able to help Aesop xx

  • Currently at £127.89 with updates from Superpoints and a couple of small ebay sales.

I finally joined Fabulous Bingo as everyone seems to have been doing well with this. Thanks to a couple of referral and some win's I've just come out £61 to the good. When the withdrawal hit's my account I'll update my total with it, but it does mean I've hit target this month for the first time!!!

  • Finally joined fab bingo (I'm fracturedsun on there too if anyone wants to add me as a friend) I think working out what to do with it now will be my task today. I've never actually played bingo online or offline, unless you count periodic table bingo in my Chemistry A-level classes.
