    Hi

This morning I banked £20 of £2 coins, £10 of 20p coins and £1 of 1ps. I know this is not technically making money but it forces me to save and I wouldn't have had it put away otherwise.
    I also withdrew £9.40 from T*pcashback.
So total so far this month is £40.40.

On the horizen I have an As*a price check to do, about £12.50 of Nectar points which I will probably spend in a Sa*nsbury shop next week, and am half way to a McC*ins voucher but that will probably be March. Eb*y's a bit lean atm but I have got some things to list if I could be bothered which hopefully I will be soon.

Good luck to everybody for February!
August Shopping Challenge. 26/8. Budget £250 Spent £256.81.. £6.81 over. So £0.00 a day left.
  • Happy February all! Nothing for me yet - I got caught up in signing up to all sorts of things this morning (Free20quid anyone?!?) and one of the cashback things I did was for a free trial on a credit check. Well seeing as I was interested anyway - I gave it a go.......my god! Depressing or what??!?!?!!?

It gave me the most rubbish rating possible, and said it was probably because I missed payments all the time an might even have been pursued through the courts! Considering I have only had two late payments in my LIFE and do everything via direct debit, I must admit to being not only a little confused, but also a little concerned :-S

Hopefully all my money making that I'm getting in to from being on here will help me get rid of all the debt asap though so they can all see I have lots of money in the bank instead??!

Nothing yet this month, have only just finished adding up January's total.

    Up my sleeve though:
A couple of unpaid items on eBay so I'll reinvoice those. (DONE)
Box of books ready to go to Zapper, need to just parcel them up (labels all printed)
£90.20 Wepromiseto paid today, should arrive within 2-3 days
Amazon book sold in Jan but money not in the bank so not counting yet.

My sister brought me massive bags of thing to sell (for a commission) so I'm hoping to have a rifle through the bags tonight and start photographing...I feel a free eBay listing weekend on the horizon and I've got a busy weekend so will need to start listing now!

    Hi all

Not sure if i put it on the thread last month but i ended up with a huge shortfall in jan - meaning i had to borrow money to cover my bills :( So i'm using as much of my extra income on here to pay that back first. Biggest bill i had was car repairs

Anyways off to quite a good start (considering i've £580 to pay back within the next 10 days ) as i got some money i'm owed £52 ( i only count this as this is from a large sum of money i stupidly loaned to family years ago - didn't get anything for a looong time - now i get little bits now and then so i count it as i never expect it - hope that makes sense). Plus £5 from swaggers - amaz*n :) So amaz*n is just being saved up there :) The £52 got used - 1, some postage of parcels (sold on eb*y) but funds not arrived in my bank from paypal as yet 2, a bit of food shopping - bigger shop tomorrow this was just what was on offer ;)

So i'm repaying £35 of the £580 today. Expecting eb*y funds in bank tomorrow so will be throwing everything extra at this first of all x

Still £57 on day 1 is pretty good - will just need to find more stuff to list for sale

  • Thanks for the add Aesop.

A good start to the month here. £6.02 paid out from Quidco today, £3 from selling unwanted items and £8.08 from Topcashback. I make that £17.10/£145 and it's only the 1st :j.

I've also got a £5 Amazon voucher, a £3 Luncheon Voucher and a mystery shop coming up too so it's looking good.
