Gambling query

Hi,
Advice needed again I'm afraid. I've almost finished filling in form 6.28 but am a bit unsure what to declare on the gambling question. I do one line on the national lottery every wed & sat so guess would have spent around £100 over a year. I do the lottery online so the or would be able to see the money comes out of my bank account. Should I list this on the form? I don't want the or to think I'm trying to hide anything?
Thanks, M x
