Problem with greasypalm VIP code

Hi,
I have had an account with greasypalm for about 6 years and never had a problem until now.
In August I took out a pet insurance policy with more than which also included a VIP bonus making the total amount payable £90. It stated that it would be 3 months before cashback paid, after 3 months no cashback so I contacted them and was told beginning of January funnily enough NO cashback, contacted again and £35 was credited to my account.
I then queried the remainder that was due as it should be £90 in total and was told to enter the VIP code. Problem being is that I don't have the code as it is no longer on the 'offer' and I can't even access it through my internet history as it was 6 months ago.
I am fuming as the exact same thing happened when I took out a more than home insurance policy in June, had to chase up several times and they manually added the VIP bonus which is why I didn't realise I needed to keep the code.
Is there anything I can do now, should I contact more than or is that unadvisable ?
Thanks
