Not sure if you're aware but if you add your birthday to the nectar online website you get a birthday free gift
They sent me a voucher so that I could get a free box of Thornton chocolates and last year my husband had something as well !

I got a free box of sainsburys taste the difference chocolates. But the voucher they sent me had an e-voucher too so i got 1 online ad 1 instore

Mum got a voucher from chocs late December, and I picked my free thorntons chocs up with my voucher last saturday (birthday on 24th Feb)

Not that I'm being ungrateful in any way because after all they are free but after my mother got free thorntons chocolates last year I was really looking forward to free chocolates on my birthday and I got a free yoghurt.
Note to Nectar: On my birthday I want fattening things for free!!
