Do you need insurance to sell at craft fairs?

I am thinking of doing my first craft fair in March.
I have only ever made gifts for presents for family and friends so far but would like to have a go at a craft fair to see how it goes.
I am not actually making anything as such like soaps or bath bombs for example but putting things together so they look like a nice gift and packaging them. I am planning to put any labels with safety advice in with the gift and any packaging with anythin important on.
Im just wondering do I need insurance and if I do what kind? Any help would be great. thanks

Hi - Some craft fairs require that you have public liability insurance so check with the fair you're planning on having a stand at.
I can't do links due to this being my first post, but CMTIA do a combined public and product liability insurance cover that is reasonably priced (if you plan on doing a few a year).
If you google CMTIA it should come up - Combined Market Traders Insurance Association0
