does anyone know if you can use the double up vouchers to spend on Direct? or does it have to be instore?0

Yes you can use them online. It should give you an option online when it goes live. You enter your clubcard numbers and are sent codes to use online0

Please, please, please remember:
- know which one you want - on-line or in-store, once you pick it can't be changed,
- know which category you want, once you pick it it can't be changed,
- have a plan 'B' i.e. if the item you ideally want is out of stock (Tesco can not guarrantee availability) - you need to use the voucher on something else in the same category,
- once you have used your vouchers for exchange vouchers - they are used you can't have them back if you don't use the ex-vouchers!
- as before you won't get change, so don't to use £40.00 in vchrs for a £39.00 item it won't work.
And finally (for the moment) don't leave it to the last moment - if anythings going to go wrong, it will go wrong then.
But of course if you've changed address, Tesco Club Card or My Club Card Account (not My Account) needed to know before the 5th May.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
This is showing on the clubcard site now, as are my next lot of vouchers. Shame they don't seem to have what I hoped to be able to get!0

The new clubcard exchange has started today, but the site isn't working for me at the moment, it won't let me put vouchers in the basket to buy online, only to buy in store. I assume it's because it's swamped with traffic as there are loads of different departments to spend in this time and some good bargains to be had.
Anyone else had problems with the site?0 -
Yep same here - wanted tokens to buy online for the gardening category but the web page returns an error ie there is no 'add to basket' button available...so not a good start to their campaign - over to you Pamela
