Paying debt off with final settlement

Hi
I've been on here for a few years and found the help and comments very helpful. I decided on a dmp which I've been paying £565 a month for 2 years. My planned action was to do a dmp as I would come into an estate which would allow me to pay the lot off in a few years time. That opportunity is only around the corner and in the next few months I will be in a position to clear my debts.
What I want to know does anyone know how much I should pay back or could be able to secure with my debtors. I'm thinking around 40p or 50p in the pound. My total debt is at 107k and hoping to pay around 40p in the pound.
Anyone got some experience in paying debts off

Presumably they are all defaulted?

As you've been paying the DMP for 2 years quite a few may also be sold on to DCAs.

I would start at 18/20% if you have the funds to add if necessary, remember its still January and debt collection is a commisssioned business with targets to achieve, very hard going at this time of year in this economic situation. You are then in a position to negotiate , if you go in high, they will still try to negotiate upwards.

make sure you use a good letter and do everything in writing!!!!
