Saving a white shirt

DS2 has got a rather nice white shirt he wears on nights out, he was staying with DS1 up in London and managed to get Caribbean Twist spilt all over it, a pinky/orange colour :mad: This happened in the week - he only got home yesterday so the stain is well dried in. Any ideas if it can be saved - I have stain remover spray, colour run remover, white restorer, bleach ??
