Leaving job under 2 years - transfer pension?

I've just joined my companies pension scheme. It says if I leave under 3 months I just get my contributions back, if I stay over 2 years I can keep company pension but if I stay between 3 months and 2 years I can keep company and my contributions if I can find somewhere to accept the pension. Does anyone know how easy it would be to find somewhere to transfer the pension to if I stayed between 3 months and 2 years? There's around £625 a month going into it if that makes a difference. Thanks very much.

I wouldnt worry about it, if you leave then maybe the new company who you work for may accept it, if not, plenty would. You could just start a new personal pension.
If youre happy in your job, why worry about something that is unlikely to happen, just forget about it until it looks as if you are thinking about moving jobs.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

Thanks very much. I have got a personal pension so maybe they would accept a transfer in. I'm finding the new job tough (some people work until 2am and come in at 8am next day and I have young kids and I want to see them) and my youngest is really struggling to cope with me working having nightmares, crying all the time saying he misses Mummy, saying he has no friends etc so I may not stay that long. We can manage on one income.0

Your personal pension should be able to accept the transfer - check with them.0

Your child will settle eventually. Don't throw in the towel too soon, and resist any pressure to work late.0

Check your rights regards to working those type of hours - and has been said don't give in to pressure to work them if you don't have to. It doesn't mean your lazy or unwilling.0
