AL and Bank Hol calculation

Sorry another post about leave calculation.:o

I started on 3/5/11, leave year ends 31/3/12. I work 24 hrs per week weds - sat 6 hrs per day. My contract says leave entitlement is 4.5 weeks, with bank hols in addition.

How much AL and bank hol leave should I get from May to March.

    may-march =16.61 days, plus the 8 bank hols minus the 2 that were in april 2011 leaves 22.61 days in total.

    You work 4 days a week so thats 4/5 of a 5 days full timer

    3rd may-31st march is 47 weeks out of 52

    What do full yimers get?
    is the contract full time or your pro rata.

    Because you don't work most of the BH they need to protrata those as well
