cost of transfer of equity

ive been quoted a couple of prices for the transfer of equity on a property im attatched too. my part of it (removing my name) ive been quoted a couple of hundred and for my ex partner ive had £2, 3800 and £670.

does that seem right?

in both quotes theyve included stamp duty, is that right just to remove a name?

You don't say if there's any money changing hands or not. If there was money changing hands then stamp duty is applicable.
It is fairly straight forward to do your own conveyancing but some financial institutions may prefer you to deal with them through a solicitor and this will obviously affect the price you have been quoted.
Do you know if your house is registered with the Land Registry, if it is then you will have a title number such as LT234564.
