Mis-sold Endowment Claim

We have started the wheels in motion to claim against our mis-sold endowment.

The endowment is due to end on 2022 however we have changed to a repayment mortgage and, if we keep up the overpayments, will end 2017.

Do we have a chance of claiming still or will they throw the case out as our mortgage is due to end well before the endowment is due to mature.

Mortgage End Date: Oct 2017

    Hi,

Yes you can make a claim if you believe you were miss-sold. If you are successful redress will be calculated up to the point where you converted to a repayment mortgage.
