Freeze Jam Tarts?

I got some Just-Rol pastry today and am planning to make Jam Tarts for next week. Can I make them now - not bake them and freeze them? or should I bake them then freeze them? or only bake the cases and freeze them? or just not freeze?

I defrost at room temperate.
I always freeze a batch of cakes and take out just a few at a time, they last longer that way
