Should I pay this loan off??

We have a loan which has 1 more year to run, settle figure of about £1700 and we are paying £170 a month to it.
Are just about to remortgage and I had it in my mind that the loan only had a few months left to run so didn't bother adding it to the mortgage.
That £179 a Month is really gonna be needed but we could have managed for a few Months until ended...but 12 Months...Hmmmm :eek:
So what to do...we have time to add it to the mortgage, take out a further loan to pay it off, we have 4K endowment we set aside for new house kitchen etc which could be used to pay it off, or just struggle for a Year.
PS We also have £2800 credit card bill which I've been moving around 0% rates
Any thoughts?
