abbey for Intermediaries mortgages - processing time

Hi
Earlier this week we received an agreement in principle from Abbey for Intermediaries before making an offer on a repossessed property. The sellers have given us a week to formally accept an offer to sell and so we really need the formal offer from the lender before we can do this. Does anyone know how long it currently takes Abbey for Intermediaries to process mortgage applications?
Thanks

For me, when i applied through a broker it was just under 2 weeks until i got my mortgage offer.
It can depend on how quickly they can get in to do a valuation. They sent me the offer just 2 days after the valuation was done.0 -

The valuation has actually already been done... and is included in the home report...0
