Well Welshy's offline so I'll answer! I always leave them blank and have only once had an SA ask 'should you fill that bit in?'. I said ' no, only if you want to receive further info which I don't'.
This was accepted as correct even though the coupons say you must fill it in. I bet in Tesco Dundee Coupon Redemption Dept they make up loads of names and addresses in order to claim the money back!
