Help Please!!!!!

Hi there im after some advice.
Too cut a long story short i was living in Boston and my girlfriend was living in staffordshire we met in tenerife in june 2005 i made the move up to staffordshire. One of us had to make the move!!!!
Anyway at the moment were looking for a house as were living with my girlfriends parents!!!!!!! Now we dont have a deposit saved but were desperate to get our own place. The idea of renting does not appeal due to it being dead money but as i said we dont have a deposit our jobs are not fantastic we have a joint income of about 30,000 can anyone reccomend any mortgages available that i should try.
Please only positive and constructive comments.
Any help would be so gratefully recieved

What kind of house prices are you looking at?

Do either of you have any other debts?

Based on a joint income of £30,000 HSBC would offer you around £140,000 on a 100% mortgage (no deposit), but exact figure would depend on your circumstances (debts, outgoings etc).

Also have a look online for mortgage calculators which will ask for a few basic details and then give you a rough idea of how much you can borrow.

There are other 100% mortgage lenders, however you would need to check carefully as to what their criteria is and whether they would lend you enough

There are a few that will go to 4 times joint income (you'll probably need to deduct annual car loan payments from that giving you £28,440) depending on credit score and situation. Obviously I would recommend you see a broker to go through all the cost involved with buying and how those are going to be met etc, but you could have a look at Northern Rock, Bank of Ireland, Bristol and West, Royal Bank of Scotland, Bank of Scotland .... I'm sure the list is not exhaustive but a few ideas to start.
