Help needed Form 6.27, Question 1!!

Hi,

I'm completing forms 6.27 and 6.28 for my bankruptcy hearing next week and am a bit confused about section 1(d), not a great start to get stuck on question 1!!

I set up a self employed business (sole trader) in July 2011 although I have not as yet carried out any paid work so have not made any money from it. Should I include it in section 1(d) as I'm not sure whether I am classed as trading or not if I've not actually carried out any work? I am looking for employment at the moment given I'm not making any money from my business.

I also set up a limited company in June 2011 although decided not to trade, its registered as dormant with HMRC. Should I include this within section 1(e). I'm going to fill in the necessary forms to wind this company up in advance of my bankruptcy hearing next week as I know I can't be a director of a limited company when bankrupt.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated!

I would think "trading" was just a term used to mean up and running and in busniess rather than the way you seem to think it might mean but I'm sure someone will know better than me,and be along soon.

I found the best person to speak with regarding 6.27 was the Court BR Clerk who very happily helped me through which bits to delete.
