Cunning Plan to kickstart economy

(thinking outside of the box)

Have all loans/Mortgages payments suspended for one month (without incurring charges) thus freeing up a bit of disposable income .

    Mortgages are obscenely low as they are put interest rates up and those with savings can then spend some money, savers outnumber borrowers so that is more likely to work.

    Doesn't seem like it would help the banks improve their levels of capital does it?
