I've just been watching ultimated guide to penny pinching and one of the women on there was extreme couponing (which is what I aim to do) but I always thought this couldnt be done effectively in Britian.
A lot of her coupons were used in conjunction with store offers (e.g. bogof), but coupons always say "not in conjunction with any other offers". What exactly is "an other offer"???
