They need to be hosted somewhere, like Flikr or photobucket (register and upload). Then they will have their own URL (once uploaded and on the site, right click on the photo and it will give you the option to copy the URL) and you need that to post them (click on the little picture of a mountain).June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

Hi
Like ragz says, they need to be hosted somewhere first. Tinypic.com is another website where you don't need to register. You just choose the file you want to upload, choose your size and input the code it asks (to make sure you're not a robot).
Then... the first step is for flickr only. For any other hosting sites, you can skip straight to the second step.On flickr, click on the photo so that it takes you through to the view on black page. Once there, click on the 'view all sizes'
Right click and select properties - it's the one at the bottom
Copy the address - you want the farm5.static.flickr link, like below
Hope that helps. Sorry, is that 3 of my images for today?
Once you've copied your URL, come back here and click the icon that looks like a little postage stamp with mountains on it. It's above where you've just typed your reply. A little box will pop up, highlight the http:// and delete and copy your URL into the box. When you press enter, or accept, or ok, or whatever else comes up, you'll see your image on the post.
I hope that helps?0 -
Thank you both very much. I thought there might be another way rather than using photobucket etc.
PS Just posted a photo to another thread. Thanks again.0
