Bank loans???
Why did my bank offer me a personal loan seconds after refusing me a homeowner loan, despite the homeowner loan being agreed in prinipal. We've been in again afterwards and other members of staff can't understand the logic either. Seems wrong to me, they just seem to be getting more interest from me for loaning the same amount. Can anyone suggest any reasons for this?

Maybe you didn't have enough equity for the Homeowner loan? Are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation? :cool:0

Maybe you've answered your own question!"There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0
