TopCashBack - "enquiry"? How do you?

Have asked on the TCB forums, but as this forum moves a bit quicker, it can't harm anything asking here also...
Some of us at home applied for Santander accounts.
Some received a figure in their account (although not fully paid out, it at least shows a figure) quite quickly. 2 of the 5 people have yet to receive a figure in their account & the 14 day deadline is up today.
I can find how to submit a claim, but a claim isn't the same as an enquiry. So how do you submit an enquiry?
