Agency Rights "rise", Umbrella pay and how to check it.

Hi,
I have recieved a "rise" on my hourly rate from the agency who I am employed by, I have been in the same role for nearly 12 months.
I just wondered if anyone knew how I can work how it is all broken down?
The reason for this is that the people who I work for have said I have a number of days holiday to take between now and April, whereas my agency says that this is incorporated into the "rise".
I get paid through an umbrella company who just pay me what the agency tells them and the agency themselves dont seem to know/dont want to let me know, how it is calculated.
I would just like to check everything is correct because the difference between the holidays offered and the "rise" is rather large.
Sorry for the long winded post, hope it is fairly clear.
If anyone can help that would be great.
Cheers
