recently been to Australia and while i was there bought some Turkish bread. no idea if it is authentic. the bread i was buying looked a bit like a ciabatta in shape but was much longer and thinner http://www.au.all.biz/g7282/. inside when cut open there were huge air bubbles in the loaf. it was amazing when toasted with the marg melting into little puddles.
