In the March issue of Real Homes magazine they are giving away a free ticket to ideal home show for any weekday ,you can use it at the weekend if you pay a £5 supplement on the door. The magazine is only £2.75 and you get a free paintbrush also.Tickets are £14 for weekend so you make a saving of over £6 per ticket!0

MSE_Natasha wrote:...List of those who were randomly selected to get tickets
If such an offer as this arises again I'd politely ask the MSE "powers that be" to re-visit the wisdom of the random nature of the draw.
On a quick check of some of the winners, it would seem that some (I got to 4 - didn't check them all) have made no contribution whatsoever to the MSE Forums other than a "me,me,me" plea for personal gain on this very thread.
No doubt the likes of adie5146 and humptydumpty12345 will show their gratitude here with their pithy contributions in future, but you can't help feeling that it should have been weighted towards people who have given rather a lot more - whitty999 is an obvious example.
Just a thought.
I may end up with a few free spare pairs of tickets myself, so if that happens (IF! Please don't PM me now!) I'll start a new thread in due course.

I made a similar point in this thread a few days ago.
It seems strange that there are a whole load of people who registered in Feb (this Feb) and have never posted at all elsewhere on MSE forums.
Some may be genuine First Timers.
I wondered if there had been multiple entries by one user using different names to boost their chances of winning.
