will this chicken stock be ok to use?

HI everyone after some advise as hubby already thinks I have food poisened him after I fed him ys prawns last night and he was a little well lets say lose and omg he stank!! Anyway I made Roast chicken last sunday and I have Rubber chickened it lasted all week and I made stock in the slow cooker on the sunday I put all the bones in with water when it was done I put it in the fridge where it has been ever since. It sort of became a little set on top I think that's just cos of the fat. My mum said it would be ok but just after some advise if it's ok to use? I would not normally ask but I dont want to blame for anything else

I would use it as long as it smells ok, remove the fat from the top, bring it up to a rolling boil and boil for a few minutes before using0

You are probably better not using it. I would keep stock for up to 3 days in the fridge.
Next time freeze the stock once it is cold. You can then use it directly from frozen without needing to thaw it.0 -

I didn't realise that - thank you - I have 2 lots of turkey stock in the freezer from xmas.0
