Hello, interested to know people's thoughts on my current situation. My previous mortgage deal ended last February, but prior to this was contacted by the mortgage provider to arrange a new deal. Thanks everyone for your useful advice and support.

It all came out well, the mortgage provider has removed the ERC and any interest that was added. My monthly payment has also been reviewed and has been lowered as a result.

Not really a problem, but it did cause a lot of short term worry.
