can arrears in council tax be included

we are currently 3 months in arrears with council tax (actually down to error as opposed to deliberately not paying) apparently they didnt set direct debit up in time but we now owe 3 months can this be included or do we need to pay prior to BR.

hoping to go BR this month but if we have to pay this wont have enough fees

Present year can be included if you've been given a final bill, I believe.

and also any arrears up until the bankruptcy date if no final bill beceived (ie they split the bill for the year)

we have not had any arrears letter as yet as only the last 3 months which have been missed does that mean NO?

any missed instalments for the current council tax year will be included in your BR.
