Hi all, Just about to submit my 2010-2011 self-employment sa return.. My turnover for 10-11 is slightly higher than 09-10. My profits are lower however, ie my 'personal income' is about 20% down on the previous year. Although this will give me a lower tax bill which is good, I would like to get a mortgage in the next…

You really need to direct your question to those who frequent the Mortgages and Endownments board, you will get a better answer there than here.
