B&Q 50% 0ff Kitchen Doors

On 24th July 2011 we bought a Cooke & Lewis kichen from B&Q. We were prompted to do this because we received an email from B&Q advertising 50% off selected kitchen doors and drawer fronts. B&Q had already done a kitchen design for us which they then changed to incorporate the doors from the offer (high gloss cream instead of white). We also had the appliances removed to further reduce cost. The designer then advised the sales lady to give us a further 15% at which point I again asked whether this included the 50% off for the doors to which she replied yes. Confident at this point that we had covered everything we paid. Earlier this week I returned 2 of the doors which we hadn't used and was surprised when I received almost the entire amount back. When I checked the 8 page invoice on returning home I found we had only received a discount of 15% instead of 50% (£891 difference!). I went into B&Q and queried this straight away. They were very nice and said they would look into it and called me back the next day to advise that they had never had this offer on and were sorry but that was all they could do. A "B&Q" search of my gmail account easily finds all B&Q offers but it ony goes back as far as January this year as I don't achive my mail. Therefore I am begging anyone with a gmail account who receives B&Q offers and has archived them; could you please check back to 24th July 2011 and let me know whether there was a 50% offer on or not and put me out of my misery.
