Hi,a quick question,my daughter has just informed me she is making mini tarlets tomorrow in school,anyone have any idea what ingredients i need to make the dough,many thanks

I make mine with a basic shortcrust pastry - 4oz flour, 1oz butter, 1oz lard, pinch of salt & cold water to mix.
