Dear All, I am claiming PPI+ Healthcare + Intrest from WF back as it was mis-sold....
I have all the statements, where all the intrest including the intrest on loan which is 44.5% already included in one of 3 colums on the statments...

Doesn any body know which spreadshet to use..or which one everybody is using?
