I managed £20 on the Instant win where I just had to email them a copy of my qualifying spend. I took a photo of the receipt and attached it in the reply, but that was a slightly different comp they ran .

Don't worry if you have thrown out your receipts. You can send a copy of your bank or credit card statement. That is what we have done.

Also did that with one of the £20 prepaids that we won on the instant win and it was paid out no problem.
