Employer not paying holiday pay.

Hi Forum Members.
Just wondered if anyone could help with some advice.
My employers changed their payment system at the begining of December 2011 to a 14 weekly pay from a 1 weekly pay.
I got paid on the 1st of December then paid again on the 30th December and Im due to be paid again tomorrow (27th Jan)
From the 30th December pay they have not paid me my holiday pay that was due to me that month. And on collection of my wage slip today, they STILL have not paid me the holiday that they owe me.
Ive had dozens of calls into the Wages Office during the last 4 weeks and no-one seems to be helping. The new system says I have no holidays left, so says Im not due to any holiday pay and I have 8 left according to my Line Manager. Who has sent the relevent documentation to the Wage Office.
So last month I was down almost £200 and this month Im still waiting for the £200. I have bills that I promised to pay with the money after Wages Office assured me it would be paid on the 27th Jan. But..........surprise, surprise it wont be in THIS months wage!
Im sick of going into Personel and being told its a Head Office problem not theirs and I cant get in touch with Head Office as they wont speak to any of us. Its not just me who has had problems. Some people are down £900 in their wage.
Please can anyone help??
Many thanks
Andrew
P.S Can I name and shame?????

Are you saying that you were on holiday and weren't paid for that time? I presume you mean 4 weekly.Lost my soulmate so life is empty.

Can you raise a formal grievance?
Though this is likely not the best action as it was the first thing i thought of. Others will advise you better

One day's pay when you're obviously very well paid shouldn't cause you immediate problems surely.
That said you are entitled to the money, I would suggest a letter to the relevant department who deals with wages. It should include how many days holiday you have taken showing that you did still have this one to take.Lost my soulmate so life is empty.

Hi, thankyou for your comments.
Its the principal of the matter. I am entitled to that money. And so are the other employees who have not had their correct wage. We are trying to get answers regarding the missing money. And are hitting a wall.
The issue is not the amount. It could be £200 or £20 or £2000!
I wouldnt go into a shop and purchase something and say" Dont worry, I will pay you half now and half next month"
Thanks
