What planet did you just fly in from? not only is it popular to borrow your way through life, it's also the required form to then skulk out of it and not pay back :rotfl:

Blaming the banks, government, lenders is also quite popular for the financially baffled.

I agree....taking responsiblity for your own actions is soooo 1970's.

I posted in the hope that anyone with bad credit will steer clear of pounds to pocket!! I've managed to get to 34 without credit debt but sometimes desperate times call for desperate measures.

The best way to "improve" your credit rating is to never take out a loan IMO.

Do people realise it is still actually possible to get through life without loans and credit card debt?

Yes im aware of it you are too and im sure there are people on here who are aware of it but there are a minority out there who think that living on loans is good.

Pounds to pocket suck balls, yes i said what everybody thinks , i have been there done that and have learned the lesson in a big way, really easy to get a loan from them, bombarded with millions of texts and emails asking not to forget my payment, and to remember that I could get another one if needed when this one is paid back. so so easy to get into this mess and horrific interest, i can safely say that I will not be using these lowlife companies again. :D
