Self Assessment Tax Rebate - Timescale?

Hi all,
I completed my Self Assessment this weekend (under protest 'cause I've not been self employed since '07 and I keep telling them this) and apparently I'm due a rebate of £100 or so due to changing jobs several times/incorrect tax codes etc.
At no point on the online form did it actually tell me how long this would take to get back or if I had to do anything specific to get it back - so can anyone help?
My apologies if this has all been answered before but I couldn't find it.

Should be automatic, could be within ten days or so. If you haven't entered your bank details then they will send you a cheque0

There is a box on the form where you put in your Ceased Trading Date, in addition to letting HMRC know. Did you do this for the final year you were self employed?
Could there be some other reason they want you to complete a return?
Small rebate amounts such as yours are usually paid quickly.Who having known the diamond will concern himself with glass?
