  • I reckon Chocolate Biscuit Cake would work. We like to add marshmallows, too - I believe that's called Rocky Road. Don't last any time in our house!

My tadpole does fridge cake with rich tea:

1 pkt rich tea smashed up
    1 can condensed milk
    1 large slab choc

melt the choc and mix with condensed milk , add crushed biscs

we have added ALL SORTS to this in the past including saltanas, apricots , pisachio nuts in fact any thing in the cupboard!

just put it in a tray bake and pour some more melted choc over the top. Leave to set in the fridge then cut into squares.

My mum does the same as froggas with chopped dates in it - it's sticky chocolately gourgeousness
