I reckon Chocolate Biscuit Cake would work. We like to add marshmallows, too - I believe that's called Rocky Road. Don't last any time in our house!

My tadpole does fridge cake with rich tea:
1 pkt rich tea smashed up
1 can condensed milk
1 large slab choc
melt the choc and mix with condensed milk , add crushed biscs
we have added ALL SORTS to this in the past including saltanas, apricots , pisachio nuts in fact any thing in the cupboard!
just put it in a tray bake and pour some more melted choc over the top. Leave to set in the fridge then cut into squares.
